Our summer wig grip is about half the width of the regular wig grip.  It is a thinner band, and that means less fabric on your head. During the hot / warm weather the less on you - the cooler you will be. This thin wig grip works as nice, as the our original wig grip. We found that the thinner wig grips works nice on all head shapes. So have no worries the band just stays on keeping your wig in place the whole day. Since the wig grip is so thin, we are hearing from customers that they can even wear this wig grip under any triangle kerchief. You can hardly see the imprint of the band thru scarf.

There could be a few reasons why some folks like solid black or white options for face masks. Perhaps its easier to match the outfit. Or perhaps some are the more practical type. It might just be that some find it classier / neater look.

All over we are all trying to keep safe and that means face protection. Some states now have a law that states  everyone out and about MUST wear a FACE MASK.

For our second run of manufacturing face masks we learned that people with glasses are having a hard time with wearing masks. Their glasses are being steamed up. Breathing air in the mask created the lens to became foggy. We took that issue into considerations and now cut the masks a little larger so that the glasses can sit on the fabric. That seems to be helping. Who would of thought....

My newest thought was HEY why can't the customer order her choice scarf, tichel, kerchief in a few ways. The options are all up to you. You create your head scarf and we will prepare it in any of the 3 options offered. As of now we have several scarfs prepared in the 3 way option. If you see a scarf not yet offered in the 3 way option message us and we will see if we can prepare it in the style of your choice.

O.K. I will start explaining what the 3 ways options are:

#1 The newest option of all is that you can order your scarf as an open triangle and we can built into the front edge our famous STRIPE GRIP. ( The little piece of velvet built in will keep the scarf from slipping around.) Ladies are asking for self tying scarves. So now we can offer it to you:>

#2 Order your scarf PRE TIED.  Easy to just slide on. No need for folding, centering, playing around with the scarf. Just slide on your PRE TIED. We do the work for you. Yes, you have the option to add a STRIP GRIP onto your pre tied.

#3 The last idea we offer to you is the original square. Ordering the original square let's you have more versatile ways to use / wear the scarf. How to wear the head liner.... IF you have long hair then put your hair in a pony holder. Open the velcro in the back and slid the head liner cap onto your head. The wig grip band should be placed on your hair line. Close the velcro ends to your comfort. The HEAD LINER cap will stay in place all day. Some ladies have told us that they will sleep in it as well. The top of the cap is a soft comfortable cotton fabric.

CHEMO WIG LINER

This is not your grandmothers turban! This headband has a twisted knot on the top. We make our headband turbans two tone color for fun. Our wig grips have been flying off our shelves like Bubby's cheesecake on shavous. Some of our customers have mentioned to us that over the summer they don't wear their shietel as much as during the year. They  feel they are overdressed using a wig grip . When it is 90 degrees and it feels like 120 degrees, and your air condition went on vacation, every extra layer just hurts!

 Based on this exact situation we designed the strip grip.

What is a Strip Grip? A strip grip is a 3/4”-1"  piece of velvet that is sewn into the band of the head covering of your choice. It is designed to eliminate the slipping and sliding that usually occurs. That's why we call it the SLIP GRIP! It is smooth, comfortable and not sweaty. It is completely invisible from the outside and so very comfortable.

Real story: I was given a pretied with a strip grip before I wrote this article. It is embarrassing how often I wear it. It is by far my most comfortable piece I own. I never have to readjust pull down and pull – you know exactly what I mean…
